In a word, no. The main Navy DSRV is staged in San Diego. I’m not sure if there’s one on the East Coast.

Regardless, not enough time to arrive and get on bottom.

New business idea: $250K tours to the site of the submarine for people that paid $125K to see the Titanic.

We'll catch the Titanic before we go back.

Oceaneering might have a deep ROV already on a vessel that could be quickly mobilized. They have a regional office in Newfoundland and appear to have a office in Halifax.
