A lot of you are letting emotions cloud your thinking way too much. I don't disagree with your general sentiment. Unfortunately the justice system isn't designed to handle the context here. As an example, the fact that Biden and Hillary have gotten preferential treatment isn't a valid defense in this specific case. That doesn't mean it's fair.

I don't get the "principled republicans" with their attitude of being "holier than thou": They just like being virtuous all while losing, meanwhile we are losing our country!
