I’m not talking about that idiot. I’m talking about the abortion/infanticide legal comparison. And the Clinton Sock drawer case will 100% be cited if this goes to trial. I’m willing to ban bet you over it.

In the ruling where the prosecution argued that Clinton’s tapes contained classified material, Clinton argued they were personal. It’s the presidents sole discretion to decide what’s personal and what’s presidential, even if it’s potentially classified material. Judge Jackson agreed with Clinton.
