Seems stupid, but I really enjoyed getting up before 5 on Thanksgiving to start smoking a brisket that folks still talk about. Maybe I'm just a pyro carnivore (*band name reserved).

Hell, I can't sleep past 6am most weekends anymore anyway. I'll get up and watch the sunrise putting on a brisket.
