Natalia and Cynthia Man’s (the lady that eventually took her in) both said in an interview that Natalia has never had a period.

The whole thing could’ve been another lie by the Barnetts.

Or that poor child could’ve had bleeding from sexual abuse.

But yes, she could’ve also had precocious puberty related to her condition, related to the medications (growth hormone and later on testosterone and estrogen) commonly used with some types of dwarfism, as a result of sexual abuse, or just coincidentally.
