Anybody see it. Probably as good of a movie as I've seen all year aside from batman. It's pretty disturbing and it's engaging enough to make you wanna cause pain to a few of the characters, and I'm not just talking about Jolie on her back. It was directed by Clint Eastwood and it was nicely done.

I've read mixed reviews of it. The only person that I'm friends with that saw it was happy with Jolie's performance. Still debating on whether or not to check it out, though.

This is the best movie I have seen this year. It is based on a true story.

Excellent movie but you better be prepared to sit down for a while. When you think its over, there is still another 30 minutes left in the movie. All around it was well written and put together. Eastwood did a fantastic job.

Angelina Jolie is really good in this movie, as is Guy Pearce. I don’t think the movie is as good as the sum of its parts, and it kind of feels like two movies tacked together, but neither of them were fleshed out enough for their own film.

But I really liked that there was a mainstream Hollywood movie in which there is a priest as a major character, and the priest is actually a decent person. I’m kind of tired of films which paint all Christians as morons and fear-mongers. In was nice to see a good-hearted, nuanced person leading his flock in the name of God and righteousness.
