Not really on a program at the moment. Recently finished up a program from PPSA. Nothing changing for me in the gym either. Probably due to my test levels being the levels of a 90 year old lady. I’m 6’1” 270 lbs and would love to be around 225 or lower. No clue on my step count and counting my macros.

there is your problem bro
got to take some accountability and responsibility. didnt get to 270 overnight, not going to take it off overnight. set a goal for the end of the year and get after it.
start by weighing and tracking everythign that goes in your mouth over the next 2 weeks just to get an idea and start tracking steps for 2 weeks to get an average. adjust as needed from there
for workout....pick a plan, stick to it.
