Every season is different. Last year we pitched Hilliard game 1 and Floyd game 2.
I have said in other posts the starters for game 1 and 2 of the regionals to be Floyd and then Skenes respectively. However, I said staff, as in the staff as a whole. It is not out of the question for Jay to keep his same outlook he did last year but how does he approach game 3. Man some of y'all.

Last year LSU was a 2 seed. Hilliard was your most trusted guy going into the postseason and as the 2 seed you have to do that.
LSU has never pitched their ace when they were a 1 seed in a regional.
