I don’t have anything for Dallas city limits, but Carrollton and Grand Prairie have a place called Pollo Salsa that has fantastic Mexican grilled/BBQ chicken

I couldn’t remember the name and no it’s not directly behind el pollo loco but kind of adjacent. I wrk down the street from it and had it a couple weeks ago. I could not eat the 4 tacos but they were so fricking good. They are dense!
