Where are you located roughly? The reason most reputable places will be hesitant to put in something that you brought in is the risk of you trying to come back on them if you have issues which may very well be the engine you brought in as anything they did.

Baton Rouge area. The truck still runs and drives it just has some issues that are going to become major. I'll have access to another vehicle for 3 months over the summer so seems like the time to get this done.
