If Milazzo started at C and Travinski at DH, could Travinski then catch if we PH for Milazzo?
Yes. Travinksi would then sub in for the pinch hitter defensively. This 'kills' the DH in the lineup for the rest of the game. But if you are talking about the PHr staying in the game after he bats, no. The PHr would have to assume a defensive position. You can't swap DHs mid game if the original DH enters the game defensively. You CAN swap DHs in batting only, but once a DH enters defensively, the DH is done.
