What problem do you think this will solve? Dugas has a higher OBP than Morgan. That's what you want in a leadoff - take lots of pitches and get on base a lot. Dugas is second best on the team, and I don't think Crews leading off is the right answer. But if you ARE taking Dugas out of leadoff, it has to be for Crews.
