I haven't been out there in a while, but friends who run and ride bikes at reach 11 said more and more homeless people are setting up under the underpass (56th street?).
was really surprised to hear this happened at reach 11. maybe at the papago where tweakers literally live under the rocks out there.

Most people don't realize Reach 11 goes all the way to Scottsdale Road where the Princess hotel is and it happened right near there.
