Well if you judge by merit, and we should - one should want them to be judged by the same standard as anyone...male, female, black, white, Asian, Hispanic....if you perform your job poorly, you go back to the back of the line you don't get a spot reserved at the front and get rewarded for poor performance.
As we are finding out more and more these days if you rationalize and enable poor behaviour/performance it will continue and get worse.

So she thinks the officiating was bad, but she’s afraid the two black officials won’t get those assignments again.
If those officials sucked, they shouldn’t officiate at that level again, regardless or race or gender. Can’t have it both ways, dear.
