Reliable poster on paid site said a few days ago that he was causing division amongst the staff. Didn’t get into details but we don’t need that in the program.

staff cohesion is more important than a good recruiting coord.

Hate that he had to go, but the adult is running the show.

Interesting, sounds like a net positive to have him gone, hopefully Kelly finds a good fit that can recruit to replace him.

He wad always up Kelly's arse. Teacher's pet. I guarantee when he got demoted he started causing problems

Been brewing for a while. I made similar posts back in October and was ridiculed for it. He didn’t get along with any of the coaches but Kelly. We missed out on some Louisiana kids we wanted because of him. He was good at recruiting certain regions but terrible in Louisiana. He did some positive things here, but him being a terrible special teams coach and being difficult to work with could no longer be justified.
