Wishing you all the best. Keep fighting the good fight.
One thing that might help is finding a purpose - a way to make the world a little better. Even if it is as simple as making one person smile each day. Or doing grocery runs for people not able to do it themselves. Or visiting shut ins or folks in retirement homes.
Another thing that might help some is to find a way to increase your knowledge or skills base. Read a new book once a week or once a month. Anything from literature to history to how to books. It gives a larger perspective. You can also do puzzles or logic games. Enlarge your horizons.
