Man all yall running your mouths have no clue what you're talking about. Yall are the same ones who bashed me over two years ago when he committed, and told me if he was any good then he wouldn't have had to go Juco. The same ones who didn't really care to see him after games when he came outta the locker room. Then you were the same ones who hopped on his bandwagon after he came in and picked up Lafell's slack last year against Auburn. The same ones who started the Byrd sign with your hands. The Ones who praised him for everything he was doing last year when putting his heart on the line for yall and his team. You know the one everybody loved as long as he and LSU were winning championships. Now after a little heartache this year you sorry sacks of shite with find anything to blame it on. Byrd puts his heart on the line. He is frustrated with some thing that are going on, but never will he just give up on a play. Watch every play. Byrd is a lot of the time running deep routes wide open only to turn around and see lafell dancing back and forth with the ball. (not bashing Lafell) Lee got comfortable with Lafell in Auburn and ever since then he is Lee's first look. Look at a bunch of the short screens Lafell has broken for big plays, Byrd is out in front of him throwing blocks. Check out some of the App St. highlights, Byrd's best play of the day was a block. The guy gives his all on plays. He wasn't even suppose to play against Ms. St. this year because of his injured ankle, but when the coaches told him they needed him he stepped up and caught a slant for a 46 yard td. He is the same guy who got leveled last weekend on the first series, and then was right back out there on the next series. So all you bashing him right now, Please as one of his true fans, do not get back on his bandwagon EVER AGAIN. The guy has come from so little to make so much of his self. If you knew the true BYRD you would know that he is no "primodona" he hasn't gotten the big head. The guy still knows where he came from, and is one of the nicest most humble GREAT football players that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

So heres to you BYRD. Thank you for all your greatness as an LSU TIGER, and may all your future endeavors work out for the best..

Yeah..he gets a real "E" for effort for his efforts to block last night. It was pitiful.

Tell him to dive next time. Giving your all is giving your all. Everybody knows the QB situation is screwed up, so be a leader and suck it up. Maybe this isn't the year he could have had due to Lee being more comfortable with LaFell, but I didn't see Buster Davis or Doucet crying cause JR threw to Bowe more.
