From what I heard the tendon is detached and not torn. 6 month recovery instead of lengthy TJ surgery.
All from an unreliable source who knows the family. Grain of salt.
He also told me that they are waiting to get the second opinion next week because the swelling is still there and the MRI could look like it’s detached but it’s not. Again, grain of salt.

Yeah that's kind of what I want to know too. Big difference from maybe being available at the end of fall practice to being out most of next year.
