Truist fixed income

Truist is getting out of the FI sales & trading business. It’s no secret that community banks (Truist’s customers) have low liquidity right now and aren’t buying bonds, but I was shocked when I heard. Do you think other dealers will follow or is this a unique situation for TFC following the Suntrust BB&T merger?
