had they not come back tonight, I was ready to say the team had quit on him and that he might be on the hot seat going in to next year. Absolutely fantastic win, but if lessons are not learned from this season, well, then...shite.

Yea, I can do without heart attack inducing games. I'm trying to think of this as a rebuilding year...but, I'm struggling.

That's the bigger picture. Secure a good finish for this one, but build and learn for a big season next year.

Les needs to cut out the Mr. Nice Guy routine and start running a tighter ship, and hire a new coordinator after the season, depending on how we finish out.

No doubt. I hope this comeback doesn't make Les forget how terrible we played in the 1st half. Changes need to be made. If we can still win 10 games though, that'd be a helluva job.
