Obscene amounts. My theory is if it’s a forever home and you are committed to that then roll with what you want. If it’s a 5 year house and you intend to upgrade then I’d spend more time on the analysis.

Not sure if this is even a thing anymore with the current generation buying houses.

So many people are transient these days and not committed to one area long-term.
