Holy shite. The Second Congo War was massive, you dumb frick. The context of why I said the Second Congo War directly relates to Western donors denying Mugabe foreign capital reserves, which was needed to fight the war. The land expropriation post-2000 was led by war veterans, ZNLWVA, you muppet.
