5’9” boys have a lot of fight in them.
At 14 I think my son was done growing, but yours may have another growth spurt in him.
My 16 yr old struggles to put muscle on like the 5’9 boys…though I think they just try harder at it.

I grew almost 4" from 14 to 15, so we will see. He has that puppy look. Big feet and long neck...he will be tall.
