Sure it was "ticky tack", but it was also clear as day. Not open to interpretation.

Iowa had already been given a delay of game warning, next event would be a tech. She tossed the ball off the court, instead of to the ref or simply dropping it. It was a dumb move on her part.

We would have lost our minds if that was called on us... but it would have been directed at the player. WTF are you doing???
