Got offered a trip out there in a few months. Any courses y’all recommend would be appreciated

Honestly, HHI has lots of choices. Where are you staying? That will influence my recommendations.
If price is no object, then play Harbour Town. If you have a private club membership, ask your pro to call Long Cove and see if he can get you reciprocal privileges. I like the Palmetto Dunes trio of courses.
Hilton Head National off island isn't bad either.

I played Atlantic Dunes 2 years ago and it did not disappoint.

I believe at The Beach Club not far from Shipyard

Harbour Town is fantastic. Well worth the price to experience once

OK, so you're close to Shipyard GC and next door to Palmetto Dunes. Dunes are better IMO and probably pricier.
Shipyard also gives you access to Port Royal, Oyster Reef and Palmetto Hall as well. The Cupp course at PH is funky (all geometric shapes), but a good layout. I'd recommend it too.

Harbor town and Atlantic dunes were fantastic

Looks like those two will definitely be in the rotation. Probably will take Floyd Dawg’s suggestion with Shipyard and another of those.
Any good restaurants or spots for drinks/small plates y’all recommend?
