Can someone give me a clear definition for "Nizzle"? I need to know exactly how enraged I should be.

The anchor woman clearly had no clue what that phrase meant.
""fo shizzle ma nizzle" is a bastardization of "fo' sheezy mah neezy" which is a bastardization of "for sure mah n---a" which is a bastdardization of "I concur with you whole heartedly my African american brother"
