They have been spending 5 years getting regulations passed in the US where they can have real P2P transactions along with USD to CC from an app. Still some work to be done but they just had an update in the last few days. (I'm on my work computer and it is blocked). $Tel is trading at $0.002. Has a high of $0.08. It is worth looking into if you are looking at a somewhat long term crypto play.
