Grilling and smoking are supposed to be fun. Why buy something that does it all for me, thus robbing me of the fun?
you must not have anything else to do with your day, then. I got shite to do friend. Cant just sit around the house all day for a brisket.

You have to tend to the meat anyways. Spritzing, wrapping, etc. Set it and forget it does not work proper smoking.
That being said, if you need this much computing power to smoke meat, you need to go back to school.
If you don’t enjoy the actual process of BBQ then Big Mike’s is probably for you.
