I find it real beneficial to focus on one large muscle group a day. Chest, back, legs, and shoulders solo. Then arms, and finally calves/abs. Allows for me to get in one more exercise for each muscle.

My training is no different if bulking or cutting. That's in the diet.

That's great if you're in the gym every day. At best I can manage three days a week.
