Sir or madam, with all due respect, I feel the word 'negro' is offensive.  As, it technically excludes females.
Please consider expanding on the word "negro" for the inclusion of females by using the "negress" women too, in this case.
I understand we all think it's okay to call them all negro due to the errors of the United Negro College Fund.
