Mansions in the Park, the ones on Bluebonnet just west of Perkins on the right. I used to date a girl that lived there well over 20 years ago. Have a coworker who lives there now and they are still pretty nice. It's not common around here for an apartment complex to have a good 20+ year lifespan though.

Looks like they are currently called Blu on the Boulevard.
