We live in Geismar. Sold our business in Gonzales. Bought acreage in Brookhaven Mississippi. Soon to move away from Ascension Parish. Had enough of the traffic, bad roads, lack of infrastructure and taxes.

Soon the new development at Hwy 44 and Hwy 30 will turn that area into a parking lot. Along with the new Ochsner hospital. Gonzales is not prepared for this. But the taxes cometh.
