Treat kids with respect and respect will be returned. If not, bust their azz (see point 1 in how to do this and azz whipping will be needed twice max). Will be needed though.

Have fun with your kids. Spend good times with them. Often. Don’t get distracted from that.

Parent can be a friend but a friend cannot be a parent. Get that right. Important.

So far so good on the results. Could not be more proud.
