Exactly. Information based jobs can be completed from anywhere. And if your employees have a better quality of life because they can work from home and maintain productivity, who gives a shite? Most people are not gung-ho for their jobs more than they need to be.

It is amazing that people on this board would argue against this point. The only argument against it is born out of jealousy.
