You may use either or both. The Tim bor is a boric acid product that will remain present and active for a long time. The pyrethroids will deteriorate much faster. The label and data sheets are available at nisuscorp.com.

Boric acid in the all the exterior walls and then talstar every couple mos on the exterior and you should be good to go. I am in the process of looking at the sentricon treat at the moment. Quotes ranging from $1500 - $2000
