It's just another way to keep tabs on you and all of you know it.
There should be no need for a license to carry concealed. If you have the right to own, possess, and carry a gun then how you carry it should be your option.

You think LA is the only state with these laws?? Hey, at least you aren't restricted to a 10rd capacity mag for your LEGALLY carried firearm.
