simplest way it can be explained. All it would take is one election to put the right ppl in the right places and you would see such drastic improvements that even the ppl holding us back now wouldn't be able to deny it. That is how much Louisiana has going for it from a resources stand point that but sadly this will never happen. Our best chance was when Bobby Jindal was Governor but he was too worrried about making his name nationally rather than making real changes in the state.
