Players from broken homes are only coveted because black athletes are superior and many come from such homes. If everyone had the same physical talent, few players from that background would be in the NFL. You would have a bunch of coach’s sons playing, overachieving walk-on types, etc.
Most black kids from the hood aren’t exactly overachievers, even in sports. They just have ability.
