Most of those sinks are about large enough to wash a single coffee cup, and unless you tie it into the drainage system, you won't be able to flush much down it. Sinks can be very expensive if you have to run the water lines and drainage lines.

I’m a big fan of the sink even if it’s small, but looked like he had two compartments on that sink so decent size. I can take tongs or spatulas or anything with raw meat and throw them in there and clean while I cook, or wash my hands if I was barehanding it. Washing my hands instead of having to go inside is a big plus
