Not necessarily, Mayor Butt Plug. Depending on the area or community, are there trained and licensed carpenters, plumbers, electricians, drywall workers, painters, floor guys, etc, who are also "people of color?" Granted, some of these tasks require more skill than others, but regardless, is it the fault of a general contractor if there is a lack of black trades people?

And in the small way in which I can make a comparisons, I've never given a shite if someone I hired for repairs and remodels was white, black, brown, or Asian. All I ever requested was someone who showed up when they promised to do so, worked efficiently, and took pride in their work. If they do that, the individual can be a f'n Martian for all I care.
