Here's my draft EO on this topic. Spoiler - everything gets revoked. The agencies will balk, but I will force them to revoke everything they currently say. They'll then say "but we have to have something in place even if it's a statement about options" and that's when I direct them to prepare a mea culpa on how dumb and unscientific and tyrannical they have behaved, apologize, and then craft a new set of policy statements in keeping with the science, admitting they will revise policies pending results of work directed by the EO below, respect for liberty, and generally just not acting like authoritarians.

Executive Order on CDC COVID Vaccine Policies and Related Matters

All mandates and recommendations from the US federal government, including the CDC, pertaining to COVID vaccines, are revoked.

The prospect of adverse effects from existing COVID vaccines, fraud, and a profound lack of transparency have now created a national emergency.

The federal government has abused the trust of the People. The rigor of COVID vaccine decisions are firsts for our nation: never before have vaccines been given authorizations without robust, accessible evidence to support those decisions. This is not acceptable.

The federal government will immediately cease transfer of funds to all COVID vaccine manufacturers until they provide full transparency, surrendering all data and all information related to the development and production of these vaccines.

The NIH will immediately open a line of research to determine if and how vaccine adverse effects can be dealt with. The NIH will provide a budget estimate for this line of research within 24-hours of this order.

A vaccine safety committee, chaired by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will be immediately impaneled. All federal agencies will fully cooperate with this committee on various issues, such as getting an accurate tally of adverse effects from COVID vaccines.

The Secretary of Health and Human Services is directed to make available to this committee no less than three times the amount of funding listed by the NIH for this effort. This committee will use these funds for independent research to backup, verify, duplicate, and challenge the findings of the NIH research.

Interim reports on the research and committee work are due every 90 days. A final report is due in 360 days.

Current statutes absolving pharmaceutical companies of liability are invalid if fraud is present.

If fraud is discovered as a result of the work outlined above, or through any other means, the Department of Justice is directed to pursue litigation and prosecution immediately.
