While there is what could be construed as hyperbole in his post, it’s certainly not unhinged.
Even things that are good should be done in moderation, and anything can become an addiction.
Where smoking weed might not cause a chemical dependency, it can still become an addictive and counterproductive activity.
Porn is simply bad and there is no redeeming qualities in it.
As far as video games, I’m sure there isn’t anything wrong with some of the games, but again, there are people who are so addicted to them, they have become antisocial and have lost all touch with reality.
As AI progresses, I’m afraid this phenomenon will increase.
