I’m pretty awful at basketball, but I’d go to the Y after school and play pick-up or 21 with my friends.
A high school girl that could not miss was alway there practicing. Every day.
Ended up playing 21 with her and beat the living shite out of her. No remorse. She blamed the ball. Switched out to a women’s ball and beat her arse even worse.
She ended up at UCONN and set records for 3-point shooting.
She turned out to be pretty good looking on the slanted women’s cbb scale.

How many played JV football and basketball then moved to varsity in 9th grade? How the hell could you not notice the big boy basketball and football difference immediately? I remember in HS screwing around after practice with the JV basketball, which is "women's", and shooting half court shots with that little tennis ball. This whole thing makes women's athletics look more unathletic because of ignorance about what the hell they're doing
