re: Stay-at-home Parents (Families with one working parent)

Wife works from home and is only what I’d consider busy at her job a week every couple of months or so. On a normal week, she has 3-4 hours/day free where she can get stuff taken care of around the house. I don’t work from home but am fully autonomous to flex her when she is busy. Daughter is in full time daycare for the socialization with other kids and to give my wife a break to get things done during the day. Our system works for us. I personally think, and she agrees, she’d go crazy if she didn’t work at all.
