Don't drink alcohol, drink only water, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, and moisturize your face, neck, and hands which are the giveaways to true age.

I don’t think that’s healthy but I like the idea of researching non surgical ways of trying to look young. The injections and surgeries make people look terrible for the most part.
