my pitbull advice was, obviously, sarcasm, but a big dog that barks at them from your side of the fence might induce a move.
A friend had a business where some homeless dregs camped out just behind his back fence. He had a couple of German Shepherds brought in who constantly growled and barked at them from the fence. THey left after a week.
You would need to put a camera up so they won't poison the dogs.

or they get annoyed and poison the dog.

Going to need a disposable dog because they will 100% poison it regardless or Irregardless of a camera.
