He’s barely standing up, being held up and with his arms behind him, and one of the officers is just throwing haymakers to his face. Pretty fricked up
Obviously they were hitting him after tasing him and macing him but i don’t see how you can make out a whole lot more of what was happening with camera views being so shaky. Meaning what was happening exactly when they were punching him? How how can you tell if he was fully handcuffed and not still resisting.
I heard one of the officers saying he was going for the gun. If this man was high on something that made him seem stronger than he was and more endurance, I can understand why they were struggling and all running out of breath. If that’s the case then it becomes more dangerous for everyone in subduing and that’s when I ask when is it necessary to punch the guy to make him give up?
It’s so easy for us to pass judgment on people in that line of work when we’re not the ones that have to do it. That guy was clearly resisting and they obviously were struggling and I know it’s hard for some people to rap their head around but it is not impossible for multiple cops to have trouble subduing one guy.
I once was in a situation trying to help a few people restrain a patient and the guy was not that big. I was shocked at how strong he was and once he started trying to bite and I knew what diseases he was carrying, the situation became even more complicated. So im not so quick to pass judgment on people who deal with this daily and I completely understand that every suspect they deal with is not like the other. Most are popped full of different kinds of drugs that can alter their perception of reality and if tasing and mace doesn’t work then what? They just let them go? It’s a job I can’t understand why anyone would want, but who’s gonna do it?

Nah dude.....stop desperately trying to justify this. These were 5 bad cops and they need to rot in prison.

They beat him to death AFTER he was cuffed.
It doesn't matter what crime he committed. It doesn't matter if he was high. The cops can't execute people on the streets.
