You want to blame somebody? Blame Ryan Perrilloux for being stupid and blowing a once in a lifetime chance. Les Miles is an awesome coach and we're fortunate to have him here with a long-term contract.

That said, I wasn't thrilled with our coaching staff on Saturday. They weren't bad, but they weren't good, either. Run the option on 3rd and 1? And then punt on 4th and 2 at the Bama 35. Hell, we punted and they got it at the 15--next play they were back at the 35. I'd liked to have seen Miles take a chance there--I think it would have worked. This game was coached too conservatively.

And Gary Crowton needs to learn that he doesn't have a star QB out there. Keep it simple stupid!

Lots of people look good coming out of HS - this however - isn't HS. I have seen dozens of QBs coming out of HS that have better form than this guy. He throws off his back foot, and has no accuracy.

Some of his passes are so poorly thrown, I just can't imagine how there is not a single option on the team, that might do better.

I suppose he must be the greatest practice player ever - to justify the continued use.
