Greatest moment in Olympic history. That Soviet team was the most dominant team in the history of team sports - until that game.

The Soviets had just beaten the US team 10-3 two weeks earlier and Al Michaels said it could've been 20-3.
I like when the best goalie in the world says when they returned to the Soviet Union people asked him on the street, "why did you lose? And to whom?? A bunch of students.". We're you drunk?

fabulous movie.
based only on the movie one of the greatest coaching jobs ever. i still remember fictitious bits from the movie.
when the boston vs Minnesota revenge fight happens on day 1 and they go around and say where theyre from and guy from Wisconsin says hes from wherever wont get him beat up. fabulous coaching job.

Vlatislav Tretiak. He actually lit the Olympic Torch at the Sochi games opening ceremony.
I would have loved to see how Tretiak would have fared in the NHL. I think he would have been widely considered to be one of the greats.
