Questions become as follows…

1. If they are that far behind on IQ, should they even be taking standardized tests and going to college?

Qualified kids should be able to without a doubt.

Pookie who majors in Smoking Area? Less so.

2. Isn’t average IQ a cultural thing to a degree when a culture pushes looks / size / athleticism over brains?

Intellectual ability is outright discouraged in a lot of minority groups. Instead, it is “I scored four touchdowns in one game!” or “I got my Jimmy waxed six times last week!”
